Responsibilities: Develop and lead the brand’s content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and beyond Build a magnetic brand voice and aesthetic that resonates deeply with our ideal customer Craft a content calendar that tells a story — not just fills a grid Direct content shoots (remote or local), storyboard UGC ideas, and manage post-production Guide overall social positioning and tone to create emotional consistency and audience trust Collaborate with the founder and creative team to align messaging, product positioning, and digital presence You’re likely a fit if: You’ve helped early-stage brands build an audience and a movement through storytelling You think in emotion, energy, and intention — not just content blocks You understand brand archetypes, tone psychology, and the science of influence You’ve worked in the health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle space and know what moves people You know how to make someone stop scrolling and feel something in 3 seconds or less Bonus if you’ve worked with: Direct-to-consumer wellness, skincare, or supplement brands Women-led or culture-forward brands Founders who are the face of the brand Performance-based creative and content strategy This role is part strategy, part creative direction, part content magic.
