Customer Success Team Member (Vending Machine Ownership Experience Preferred)
**PLEASE DO NO EMAIL US OUTSIDE OF UPWORK UNTIL YOUR HIRED BY OUR TEAM...PLEASE :) ** VendingCrowd is a vending machine operations marketplace that is looking for someone with vending machine operations experience (even if on a small scale - like having managed 1 or 2 vending machines) to join our team on the customer success side of things. Specifically, we want you to do the following: - Be the person that helps our clients fully understand how to implement our platform into their existing vending machine business - Be the person that helps our clients fully understand how to implement our platform into their new vending machine business - Collect feedback (via surveys and other methods) so that we can work to enhance our platform for the benefit of our customers We are looking for someone who can take on this role part-time at first (10-20 hrs per week), and move to full-time as the role demands it.
