I am looking for a skilled recruiter to help us find an exceptional Store Manager/Director of Operations for my upscale plant shop as we continue to grow and expand our business. This leadership role is critical to our success, as the selected candidate will oversee daily operations, manage a dedicated team, and represent our brand while delivering outstanding customer service. We seek someone with a strong background in retail management who is passionate about plants and ideally owns houseplants; basic knowledge of indoor plants is a bonus. This person will allow me to focus on growing the plant design and maintenance aspect of the business.
