Salesforce Expert - Implementation Manufacturing Cloud

We are a manufacturing company currently using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with Marketing Cloud implemented but underutilized. While we’ve invested in Salesforce, we’re not leveraging it to improve our core business processes — and that’s what needs to change. We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce consultant (individual only, no firms) to help lead a phased rollout of Manufacturing Cloud, while also improving how we use Salesforce across the board to streamline sales, customer service, and eventually marketing. This role is less about pure configuration and more about helping us design better workflows, drive adoption, and make Salesforce central to how we operate. ⸻ Top Priorities: • Map and improve core business processes for sales and service using Salesforce • Configure our sandbox and lead the transition to Manufacturing Cloud • Set up forecasting, attainment tracking, quoting, and order visibility • Streamline customer service through better use of Service Cloud • Coordinate lightly with our Marketing Cloud vendor, as needed • Align data structure to support scalable, cross-team processes and reporting ⸻ You’re a Strong Fit If You: • Have experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud • Understand manufacturing and B2B industrial sales processes • Focus on business process improvement, not just feature deployment • Are comfortable leading a phased implementation in collaboration with internal teams • Have experience working in underutilized Salesforce orgs and turning them into high-value tools • Bonus: Familiar with Marketing Cloud and multi-cloud strategies ⸻ Project Scope: • Initial discovery and sandbox configuration • Define and lead phased implementation of Manufacturing Cloud • Guide service workflow enhancements and sales forecasting tools • Help prepare for long-term scalability and internal ownership • 10–20 hours/week to start • Remote, with availability during ET business hours ⸻ To Apply, Please Share: • Your Salesforce experience with manufacturing clients • How you’ve helped clients improve core business processes using Salesforce • Your approach to phased implementation • Hourly rate and availability We’re not looking for a firm — we want an individual partner who can work closely with us to make Salesforce a true engine of process improvement.
