Solver Implementation Consultant | Multi-ERP Integration, Financial Reporting & Data Warehouse
We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Solver Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of Solver (formerly BI360) for our organization. This initiative is central to our financial reporting transformation and includes integrating data from multiple ERP systems and legal entities into Solver’s data warehouse, with dynamic reporting and budgeting capabilities. Our current systems include Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Sage, and Yardi—each with a unique data structure and no standardized chart of accounts. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in bridging these data silos into a unified, streamlined reporting environment that empowers our finance and executive teams. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement Solver’s Data Warehouse, Reporting, and Budgeting modules Integrate data feeds from Great Plains, Sage, and Yardi, accounting for multiple legal entities Design and normalize data across disparate chart of accounts Incorporate analytic accounting codes into the reporting structure to support more granular insights Build dashboards and reports tailored for stakeholders at various levels, from operations to executive leadership Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, IT, and operations to ensure data integrity and solution adoption Required Qualifications: Demonstrated experience implementing Solver (BI360)—particularly Data Warehouse and Reporting Deep understanding of financial data structures, ERP integrations, and reporting design Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Sage, and Yardi ERP systems Expertise in handling multi-entity financial data and non-standard chart of accounts Working knowledge of analytic accounting dimensions/codes in reporting environments Ability to bridge and transition existing Power BI dashboards into the Solver reporting framework Strong grasp of financial reporting best practices and compliance considerations Bonus Points For: Experience implementing Solver’s budgeting module Strong financial or accounting background (CPA or FP&A experience a plus)
