Remote Setter + Closer for Marketing Agency in the Home Improvement Space

We’ve been on the other side of the desk in this industry. We know how contractors think, and we get results. Backend fulfillment is locked in. Clients are happy. Now we need a driven setter/closer to scale us The Role This is a dual-role opportunity. You'll be responsible for: Speed-to-lead: Following up with warm inbound leads ASAP Setting: Booking your own discovery or strategy calls Closing: Running full sales calls and signing clients Ownership: Managing your own pipeline from first touch to close Work Ethic: Able to handle 2-4 Calls per day Calls may be on Zoom or phone, but many prospects are contractors on the road—phone etiquette and clarity matter. Responsibilities Respond to inbound leads within minutes to maximize show-up & close rate Qualify prospects and set calls with yourself (or close same-call if appropriate) Run structured, consultative sales calls with contractors and blue-collar owners Sell both retainer-based and performance/rev-share marketing services Maintain light CRM tracking for follow-up and deal reporting Must-Haves 1–3 years experience in high-ticket sales Formal High ticket sales Training Strong phone presence and conversational skills Comfortable setting and closing your own calls Able to work during US hours and follow up fast Familiar with or willing to learn home improvement space Google Sheets/CRM experience a bonus (light use only) Please submit answers to the following: What’s your story?
