We run multiple U.S.-based entities in wholesale distribution, e-commerce, & B2B services (digital + fulfillment). We're looking for a high-level CPA who understands how to think like an entrepreneur/operator and structure tax decisions that align with fast-moving, high-growth businesses. - Provide ongoing strategic tax planning, recommend the most effective entity structures, advise on owner compensation, reimbursements, and distributions, - Explore the full range of what's allowable in the tax code and can advise on how to optimize legally while minimizing tax exposure. - Help us maximize deductible expenses and timing, Flag risk vs. reward clearly — and help us make informed decisions - Licensed U.S. CPA (required) - Works with entrepreneurs or business owners in online commerce or service-based industries - Comfortable with entity structures (multiple LLCs, holding companies, etc.) - Can help with things like home office, vehicle usage, fringe benefit strategies, etc.
