Prepare Financial Statements and Tax Returns for a Small Business

We are a small business that was acquired exactly a year ago. The business has two locations under two separate entities. CPA qualification is a must and financials prepared must be signed and certified as we are looking to refinance the businesses. We are looking for someone to: 1. Prepare financial statements (P&L and balance sheet) for both entities and also on a consolidated basis for the May trailing 12 months period. It is a simple business with no complicated accounting. 2. File business tax returns for 2024 for the two entities.
