QuickBooks Online Accounting Support Needed
Description: We’re a small business based in Atlanta, Georgia, looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to assist with an initial review of our books and provide ongoing monthly reconciliation support. Scope of Work: - One-time review of current financial setup (QuickBooks Online) - Provide advice on improvements or corrections - Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations - Occasional financial guidance as needed Requirements: Certified Public Accountant (U.S. CPA – Georgia preferred but not required) Experience with QuickBooks Online Strong attention to detail and clear communication Availability for long-term monthly support Preferred: Experience with hospitality or food & beverage businesses Familiarity with U.S. small business accounting Project Type: Ongoing project – initial setup followed by monthly reconciliation (5–10 hours/month) Budget: Open to hourly or fixed-rate proposals – please include your rate in your application.
