Quickbooks Online Clean Up and Possibly Ongoing monthly work
I'm trying to close our books for 2024 and I have reconciled the business checking account, and two credit cards. However, there is extra transaction in the register left over after I reconcile. These look like duplications to me but want to verify before I delete so it doesn't ruin previous years taxes or previous reconciles. I also see our undeposited funds too high. I think i'm missing a step here and need help cleaning up. If all goes well, i could use help with our quickbooks accounting each month as i want a live up to date P/L. Quickbooks online taxes way too long for me. I'm use to Quickbooks Desktop.
