Legal Consultant for Client Contracts
The goal of this role is to help us draft and update our client agreement templates (eg. Client SOWs) as we move from GDoc templates to DocuSign. This first job requires you to digest one of our current SOW templates for our primary product line for CA, NY, and FL, and then help us develop the standard, evergreen agreement, which includes the standard terms, T&Cs, etc, and then help us draft the pages for each of our three main product lines that would accompany the standard agreement. You must be US based and familiar with business contract law in CA, NY, and FL. You must slso be familar with JAMS Arbitration terms,. Any experience with real estate contracts and services is a huge bonus as well. I expect this to take 4-5 hours of work over the next two weeks. If this job goes well, then we will have more, similar work immediately follwoing it.
