We’re a venture-backed, founder-led company in the midst of a high-velocity turnaround. Our team is lean, hungry, and building at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and real-world outcomes. We’re looking for a Head of HR who gets what it means to recruit for speed, culture, and execution. What we need: Someone who’s scaled or rebuilt HR in a startup or turnaround environment. You should know how to hire top 1% talent, especially in AI/ML and SaaS, and already have a network of Y Combinator-type engineers, designers, and operators. You know what makes great people tick—and how to close them. You’ll help us: • Build a performance culture from scratch (without being corporate) • Source, screen, and close critical hires across engineering, product, GTM • Design scalable onboarding, OKRs, and retention systems • Act as a strategic partner to leadership as we grow Who you are: • You’ve been Head of People / HR at an AI or SaaS startup (especially post-YC or Series A/B) • You have a real network—not just LinkedIn scraping • You know how to handle comp, equity, recruiting, and retention under pressure • Bonus: experience in EOS or other founder-led operating systems
