TLDR is a fast-growing media company running popular tech newsletters for technical audiences. We're looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to keep our finances organized and accurate. Responsibilities: Categorize and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks Manage data sync from Ramp, Amex, and our business bank account Ensure all expenses are accurately categorized Maintain clean and up-to-date books for monthly reporting Help improve the granularity of our payroll reporting (currently aggregated under Justworks) Experience with QuickBooks is required.
