Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to provide end-to-end support across all major HR functions. This is a remote, contract-based role ideal for a seasoned professional who can independently manage both strategic and operational HR needs. Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Selection: Draft job postings, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and assist with hiring. • Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare materials, lead orientations and exit interviews, and manage documentation. • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on workplace issues, assist with conflict resolution, and support employee well-being. • Performance Management: Help implement appraisal systems, support feedback processes, and identify training needs. • Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll questions, benefits administration, and monitor market trends. • Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and manage vendor relationships. • Compliance & Policy: Ensure labor law compliance and help maintain up-to-date HR policies. • Leave & Disability Management: Track leave requests and support proper noticing and documentation. • HR Systems & Analytics: Maintain employee records, generate reports, and use HR tools to streamline processes. • Employee Engagement: Support engagement initiatives and help foster a strong company culture.
