Testimony needed from a Sales/Marketing expert in car dealerships or a Tesla/EV engineer
I have a small gig for an expert related to EV market, Car Dealerships or a former Tesla employee/mechanic. I'm suing my dealership who sold me a used Tesla and misrepresented it as Tesla 60 and delivered to me a Tesla 40. We have a trial in a small claims court and judge asked for a testimony from an auto expert to support the case. I need a written statement for the court with the explanation to the judge the difference between Tesla Model S 40 and Tesla Model S 60, I have lots of supported documents, Tesla service invoices, etc. I can create a draft of the statement, so the expert's job will be just to review it, confirm and sign.
