Securities Lawyer Needed – Real Estate-Backed Crypto Startup
We’re seeking an experienced Securities/SEC attorney to provide immediate guidance and ongoing legal support for a real estate-backed crypto startup raising capital from U.S. and international investors. You’ll help us navigate Federal, Blue Sky, and foreign securities laws, and advise on the best regulatory path (e.g., Reg D 506(c), Reg S, Reg A+) for our offering. Tasks include reviewing/drafting offering documents (PPM, subscription/investment agreements), advising on tokenization structures, and general legal consulting related to stock issuance, corporate structuring, and compliance. Ideal Candidate: Strong experience with securities law and private offerings Familiarity with tokenized assets or crypto finance Comfortable working with startups and iterative development Available for hourly consulting with potential for long-term relationship Please reply with relevant experience and availability.
