What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
We are a printing and fabrication company seeking an experienced Asana expert to help us streamline and optimize our project management workflows. We already use Asana to manage our project lifecycle, but we're looking to take it to the next level through smart use of automations, templates, and custom dashboards. You’ll work closely with me (teams manager) to understand our processes and translate them into efficient, repeatable systems inside Asana. Key Responsibilities: - Audit and understand our current use of Asana - Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using Asana rules, Zapier, Make, or similar tools - Design and implement custom project templates to standardize recurring workflows - Create custom dashboards and reporting views for better visibility into project status and team workload - Help structure our projects and tasks for better clarity and tracking - Provide guidance or documentation for team training and adoption Ideal Candidate Will Have: - Proven experience setting up and customizing Asana for teams - Strong knowledge of Asana's automations, templates, and reporting tools - Familiarity with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or other workflow automation platforms - Experience working with production, operations, or fabrication teams (a plus) - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and iteratively - Ability to translate real-world processes into clean digital workflows Project Scope & Commitment: - Start with an initial audit and workflow mapping - Ongoing collaboration for implementation and iterations - Part-time, flexible hours — could grow into a longer-term support role
