RFP: CMS-Based, Mobile-Friendly Website for Metal Fabrication Company

I’m reaching out on behalf of Wiltech Engineering, a small-to-medium business specializing in architectural and structural metalwork, including balconies, staircases, and bespoke steel fabrication. We're currently looking to redesign our website and would like to request a proposal from your team. We are after a professional, mobile-friendly website that is built on a content management system (CMS) so we can easily update content ourselves. The site doesn’t need enterprise-level functionality, but it should have a clean design, be user-friendly, and showcase our work clearly and effectively. To give you an idea of our preferences and functionality requirements, we’ve shared a brief, which includes: • A dynamic homepage with video or GIF content as seen on balconies.global, including a key message overlayed on video. • Interactive sections for services and case studies similar to the style used on boa.uk.com. • Navigation to include: o Home (via our logo) o Products (with image galleries and service breakdowns) o Company (About Us, Our Team, Project Support/Process, Accreditations) o Case Studies/Project Gallery o Latest News/Blog o Contact Page with embedded map and social media links (LinkedIn and Instagram initially) The content will cover our core services and values, and we’ll provide all copy, images, and videos. A few features we’d like to incorporate include simple animations for image galleries, the ability to upload or embed videos, and some downloadable documents (such as accreditations or newsletters). We would appreciate if you could send us a proposal including the following: • Estimated costs and timeline • A few examples of similar projects • Your process (e.g. design phases, revisions, development, training/support) Please let us know if you need any additional information to quote accurately. We look forward to hearing your thoughts and potentially working together on this project. Our current website is www.wiltechengineering.co.uk
