Social Media Manager for Hospitality Clients (UK-Based Preferred) PORTFOLIO REQUIRED Job Overview: We’re looking for a reliable and proactive social media manager to join our team and manage multiple social pages for our restaurant and hospitality clients. You must enjoy social media, be adaptable to different goals and strategies, and have an eye for engaging copy that gets results. Responsibilities: Manage several client Instagram and Facebook pages Create engaging post captions tailored to different goals (e.g. post engagement, bookings, brand awareness) Upload and schedule posts using our content system at least 48 hours before the schedule date Take initiative to plan posts around important themes (e.g. push Sunday roasts this week, promote reviews or events) Follow brand guidelines while being creative Adapt strategies based on new campaigns or shifting client needs Communicate if you’re unclear—we’re here to help You DO NOT need to reply to comments or messages Requirements: Proven experience managing social media pages for multiple clients Be comfortable for creating posts for Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn Excellent written English and a strong sense for engaging, informal copy Reliable with deadlines—this is a must Comfortable following brand styles while switching between voices for different venues Ability to think ahead and work independently Fast turnaround when a client campaign goal changes Must be able to schedule posts within the set amount of hours Bonus: Familiar with UK hospitality (pubs, bars, restaurants) Available during UK daytime hours Start Date: ASAP Ongoing: Long-term position for the right candidate
