We’re building a brand for those who live intentionally and beautifully, and we’re looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead our design language and visual identity across every touchpoint. The Role This is a rare opportunity to shape a brand from the ground up. As Creative Director, you’ll define and evolve our aesthetic direction, from packaging and campaigns to physical spaces and digital experiences. This is a founding team role: part-time/advisory to start (pre-funding), evolving to full-time leadership after our upcoming £2.5M seed raise. Key Responsibilities - Lead creative across all touchpoints: brand identity, campaigns, packaging, digital, retail - Build and manage a cross-disciplinary creative team - Guide art direction, photography, and storytelling - Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams - Define visual direction for future stores and experiences - Lead seasonal and long-term creative strategy - Shape collaborations with artists, tastemakers, and designers Ideal Experience - 7+ years in a senior creative role across fashion, lifestyle, or interiors - A portfolio that combines vision, originality, and commercial impact - Experience leading brand identity across digital + physical platforms - Proven success building and scaling creative teams - Deep fluency in aesthetics, design systems, and cultural trends - Strong global and editorial sensibility Bonus - Background in immersive retail or hospitality environments - Passion for art, storytelling, travel, and sensory design - Experience with multi-category or cross-industry brands Start Date - ASAP (flexible for the right fit) - Part-time/freelance Location - London preferred, but remote considered for exceptional candidates
