UK Baby Brand influencer Manager
We're looking for an experienced, motivated influencer manager for a 3 month project to support the awareness and positioning of a well established baby brand to new mums and parents in the U.K. This project requires a minimum of 15 hours per week with the potential to extend and evolve if deliverables are achieved. Scope of Work Outreach and Gifting - Identify and engage target 'Mumfluencers' for product gifting or small fee in return for agreed content on Instagram or TikTok - Identify relevant hashtags and trends to refine and improve influencer outreach targeting - Utilise influencer tools (Archive) and in app searches to identify and outreach to potential brand representatives - Drive strong brand mentions and sentiment through gifting bundles and product trial Deliverables: a minimum of 100 influencer bundles sent out per month Paid Influencer activation - Identify and engage target high reach 'Mumfluencers' for paid campaign coverage - negotiate and manage agreements with influencers and management agencies - Ensuring paid campaign deliverables are received on time and to brief Deliverables: a minimum of 5 pieces of paid influencer coverage per month Admin and Reporting - Submit product requests with our warehouse team - Update the influencer database and manage influencer communications across Instagram and TikTok - Comprehensively brief engaged influencers on product details, brand values, suggested copy, image/video style, and relevant brand tags (inc. hashtags). - Weekly reporting on influencers reached out to, product gifting, and social placements earned This role requires a creative self-starter with outstanding communication skills. Our ideal candidate is comfortable and confident in using our brand voice and communicating via DM, Messenger, and email. Experience within the parenting/baby world is desirable. All budgets, campaign briefs and guidelines are already established, so this is an opportunity to dive straight in and start making immediate impact.
