Paralegal - family law items contempt reply | temporary order
I have a few items partially drafted for a family law legal matter. I am looking for someone to take it over and complete the items as best as possible. Must be able to analyze emails, texts to find important information and assemble. I am looking for 2 hires since time is short. If you specialize in one area and work quickly and can work today please let me know. items to be done 1. Contempt Reply - Alot of the bulk and strategy is complet with exhibits built out in data and form. strategy review is needed as well as checking the data in all items and assembling for final submittal 2. Motion to Maintain Summer Timesharing Status Quo - not built but much of the exhibit work from contempt reply is usable for this. you would review the petition to modify parent. plan submittal and contempt items plus initial draft of the motion to forumulate strategy and build out. Must have experience in one of these. The item with the quickest turnaround needed is the contempt reply. please tell me which one you want to tackle and why it is a good fit for you.
