We're looking for a skilled and creative AI Chatbot Developer to help us build a simple, effective chatbot for our website. The goal is to create a conversational assistant that can explain our services, answer common questions, and guide visitors to the information they need. Responsibilities: • Design and build a user-friendly chatbot using a no-code or low-code platform (e.g., Voiceflow, Botpress, or similar) • Create conversational flows that align with our brand and clearly communicate our offerings • Collaborate with our team to identify key FAQs and content the bot should cover • Test and refine the bot for a smooth and helpful user experience • Deploy the chatbot on our website and ensure ongoing functionality Requirements: • Experience building chatbots using no-code or low-code platforms • Strong understanding of user experience and conversational design • Ability to write clear, friendly, and helpful dialogue • Familiarity with web integration of chatbot widgets • Bonus: experience with analytics or user feedback loops to improve chatbot performance
