You’ll be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and organizing high-quality leads across the federal, commercial, and private sectors. This is a remote, part-time role ideal for a sharp, self-starting professional who knows how to work fast, smart, and accurately. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Research and identify qualified leads across government directories (e.g., SAM.gov), LinkedIn, industry databases, and private-sector sources. • Extract and verify key contact details (decision-makers, emails, phone numbers). • Categorize leads by sector, contract type, and priority using Airtable or Google Sheets. • Collaborate with our sales team to fine-tune outreach targets and strategy. • Track lead generation metrics daily and submit reporting summaries. ⸻ Ideal Candidate Profile • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or prospecting • Fluent in tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Google Sheets, LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Familiar with government contracting space or corporate procurement • Understands data hygiene and precision — no sloppy spreadsheets • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of hitting clear daily/weekly targets ⸻ Preferred Tools • Apollo.io (or similar) • Hunter.io / Snov.io / Clearbit • Google Workspace • Airtable or CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) ⸻ Performance Expectations • Generate 100–150 high-quality leads per day • Identify and prioritize sectors by contract type (Federal, State/Local, Commercial, Private) • Provide clean, import-ready lists for Sales VAs weekly ⸻ Compensation • Hourly rate based on experience • Bonus potential for exceptional weekly performance or qualified lead volume • Long-term growth potential as we scale to 5,000+ monthly leads ⸻ Ready to Apply?
