The ideal candidate will have experience with document management tools, data analysis, AI, and software management. This role requires the ability to streamline workflows, optimize the use of analysis software, and ensure all document-related processes are executed efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of document analysis software. Manage the collection, organization, and analysis of data from documents. Optimize the software for maximum efficiency and accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues. Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of software tools. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards. Provide training and support to team members using the software. Generate regular reports on document analysis performance and key metrics. Qualifications: Proven experience with document analysis software or similar tools. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills. Familiarity with document management, data processing, and software optimization is a plus. Technical background or experience with IT/software tools is desirable. Preferred location: New Jersey-based candidates. Must be located in the United States.
