Cold Caller / Appointment Setter -- Solar Industry

We're a growing company offering software and services to residential solar companies. We’re looking for an experienced cold caller to help us run a one-week outbound campaign targeting executives at small to mid-sized solar companies. We have a track record of successful outcomes with current clients and an enticing offer for these companies. The Job: Call a provided list of ~150 executives Objective: Set Zoom demo appointments for our team Must re-dial any contacts where you reach voicemail (multiple dials per contact expected) Track outcomes and schedule demos directly on our calendar (or coordinate with us) Requirements: Fluent, confident English speaker Experience with B2B cold calling Comfortable speaking to executives Able to work independently and move quickly Available to start immediately and complete the campaign within approx. 1 week Bonus: We’re open to offering a per-appointment set bonus in addition to your base rate – let’s talk. Timeline: ASAP – ideally complete within a week, but we’re flexible if the results are strong. Budget: Flexible depending on experience and results.
