Job Title: Developer or Team Needed | Build AI Marketing Lead Generator with Meta Data Crawlers (USA + Territories) Description: Hello! I'm looking for a skilled individual developer or team to help create a lead generation portal. Objective: Build a web-based solution where a customer can log into my portal, submit a few pieces of information (such as keywords, industries, demographics, or locations), and automatically generate real customer lead lists based on metadata crawlers. Key Requirements: Develop a metadata crawler capable of scanning public and open-source datasets across all U.S. states, territories, and connecting provinces/islands. Crawler needs to pull lead data based on customer keywords, categories, or location inputs. The system must deliver results within 2 mins or less, use real data sourced from 24 hours, up to 45 days old. Build a customer-friendly portal (front-end and back-end) where users can: Input their search terms and filters View lead generation progress Download their lead list (CSV, Excel, etc.) Secure data handling and compliance with data protection regulations. Ability to scale the system to handle multiple users simultaneously without performance drops. Reporting dashboard to show customers number of leads found, crawl coverage, and lead quality metrics.
