Description: We are seeking an experienced Leadership Development Consultant to support coaching, training, and strategic development initiatives for clients in the federal government and military sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the leadership frameworks, organizational structures, and cultural dynamics unique to these environments. This role may involve both individual and group coaching, leadership assessments, and support for long-term development programs. Scope of Work Includes: • Facilitating leadership development programs aligned with federal or military leadership competencies • Delivering virtual or in-person coaching to executives and emerging leaders • Supporting strategic planning and culture transformation efforts • Utilizing behavioral and leadership assessments (e.g., Predictive Index, Hogan, LIFO, etc.) • Creating tools and materials tailored to federal or military audiences Requirements: • Prior experience working with federal government agencies and/or military organizations • Strong grasp of government leadership models, communication protocols, and accountability structures • Proven background in executive coaching, leadership training, or organizational development • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver high-impact sessions Preferred: • Coaching certifications (e.g., ICF, Hogan, or federal-specific programs) • Familiarity with government contracting environments • Active or previous security clearance is a plus but not required To Apply: Please include: • A brief overview of your relevant government/military experience • Examples of past leadership or coaching engagements • Your availability and rate We’re looking for someone who can navigate complex systems with professionalism, build trust across ranks, and deliver transformative leadership outcomes.
