EOS Specialist – Migrate Ninety.io to Microsoft 365
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Specialist or Microsoft 365 consultant to help us migrate our EOS processes from Ninety.io to native Microsoft tools such as Teams, Planner, OneNote, Lists, and Excel. Responsibilities: • Review and audit our current setup in Ninety.io, including V/TO, Rocks, Scorecards, Issues, L10s, and Accountability Chart. • Design and implement an EOS-aligned structure using Microsoft 365 tools. • Create templates and workflows using Planner, Lists, Excel, and OneNote. • Set up a Teams-based collaboration environment for ongoing EOS use. • Train our internal team on using the new system and ensure a smooth handoff. Requirements: • Proven experience implementing EOS in a digital environment. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Teams, Planner, OneNote, and Excel. • Familiarity with Ninety.io and its features. • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly. • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
