Exchange to Exchange Online Hybrid Migration & SharePoint Site Migration Planning
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to review and revise our existing plan for migrating from on-premises Exchange to an Exchange Online hybrid environment. Additionally, the freelancer will be tasked with developing the plan to migrate and modernize our SharePoint site. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a seamless transition that minimizes downtime and maximizes data integrity. Expected Tasks: • Review the current Exchange migration plan and identify potential issues or areas for improvement • Utilizing best practices, develop a SharePoint site design and migration plan • Revise the migration plan to incorporate best practices and address identified issues • Provide recommendations for optimizing the migration strategy • Provide documentation to internal IT staff on the revised plan and procedures • At least one Q&A session with client to review plan and answer questions Deliverables: • Comprehensive migration plan from on-prem Exchange to Exchange Online hybrid • Comprehensive migration plan/site design for SharePoint Online site • Documentation of best practices and procedures for the migration • Any additional supporting documentation If you have a strong background in cloud migrations and experience with Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint, we want to hear from you!
