Affiliate Marketing Coach – Teach Social Media & Passive Income Strategies
We’re hiring a skilled Affiliate Marketing Coach to teach students how to build a profitable faceless/non-faceless affiliate marketing business using social media, YouTube, and other online platforms. You’ll be the main coach inside a high-ticket 1:1 coaching program, guiding beginners from zero to earning consistent affiliate commissions—with a structured curriculum, live coaching, and ongoing support. You must be an experienced affiliate marketer yourself, especially with faceless strategies like voiceover videos, stock footage, screen shares, and automation tools. What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll deliver a 4-pillar coaching program (outline provided) that includes: Pillar 1: Faceless Freedom Blueprint • Help clients choose a niche and affiliate products • Build a simple Minimum Viable Funnel for commissions • Provide strategy based on clients’ goals, personality, and content preferences Pillar 2: Content That Pays (With and Without Showing Your Face) • Teach 3–5 reusable video formats (like “Top 3 Tools,” “Before You Buy,” etc.) • Help clients write compelling faceless scripts with strong CTAs • Show how to record, edit, and publish using AI or free tools Pillar 3: Traffic, Trust, & Commission Engine • Teach SEO basics for YouTube & content discovery • Guide repurposing for TikTok, Shorts, and Instagram • Teach click psychology and how to naturally drive affiliate conversions Pillar 4: Execution, Momentum & Scaling • Weekly 1:1 Zoom coaching sessions (60 minutes) • Provide 24/7 async support via text • Keep clients accountable with weekly check-ins • Help build a scale plan once commissions begin You Must Have: • Proven experience earning money with affiliate marketing • Familiarity with content creation (voiceover, stock video, screen share, AI, faceless etc.) • Ability to break complex strategies into simple, actionable steps • Coaching experience (formal or informal) is a big plus • Strong communication and follow-through Details: • Weekly coaching via Zoom (can be part-time or freelance) • Ongoing support via or text (quick replies within reason) • Paid per client or hourly depending on fit To Apply: Briefly describe your experience with affiliate marketing Note: You do not need to be an influencer, course creator, or personal brand.
