Who We're Looking For: We're seeking a self-driven, results-oriented SEO and marketing expert with hands-on experience in the California market. We are only interested in professionals who can take the lead, identify opportunities, and execute a strategy with minimal oversight. Your Role: Audit our website and tell us what needs fixing — from SEO to conversion optimization Build and execute a comprehensive marketing and SEO strategy focused on the California audience Perform in-depth keyword and competitor research specific to California Improve site rankings and drive targeted traffic that converts Manage local SEO (Google Business, maps, directories, etc.) Suggest and lead paid campaigns (if relevant) — Google Ads, Meta, etc. Provide clear, results-driven reporting and strategy updates You Must Have: Proven SEO and digital marketing success in California Ability to work independently and take initiative without being micromanaged Deep knowledge of SEO tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) Excellent communication skills — you’ll be advising leadership Strong understanding of California’s digital landscape and consumer behavior Bonus If You Have: Paid advertising experience (PPC, social media ads) Technical SEO skills (HTML/CSS, site speed, indexing) Background in copywriting or content strategy To Apply: Send your resume, a short cover letter, and specific examples of websites or campaigns you’ve led for California clients — including metrics or results (traffic increases, rankings, conversions, etc.).
