We are seeking an experienced Automotive Engineer to lead our automotive conversion and customization projects. This role requires expertise in vehicle manufacturing, structural modifications, and interior conversions, with a focus on high-end and specialized builds. Position Overview As the Lead Automotive Engineer, you will oversee the design and execution of vehicle modifications, including stretching frames, raising roofs, and customizing interiors. You will play a key role in shaping our automotive transformation projects, with the autonomy to build and manage a skilled team. Key Responsibilities - Lead vehicle customization projects, ensuring quality and precision - Modify vehicle structures, including stretching frames and raising roofs - Oversee interior conversions, integrating luxury and functional design elements - Ensure modifications meet structural integrity, safety and industry standards - Manage project timelines, budgets, and team coordination - Hire and supervise additional team members as needed Qalifications & Requirements - Proven experience in vehicle manufacturing, conversion or limousine customization - Strong knowledge of vehicle structures, fabrication, and engineering principles - Hands on expertise in metal fabrication, welding and automotive electrical work (preferred) - Experience leading projects and managing technical teams - Ability to work within budget and meet project deadlines
