Part-Time Architect Needed for Ongoing Projects (high rise, & low rise multifamily & commercial)
Part-Time Architect (Remote, US-Based, Revit Proficiency Required) 20-30 hours/week | 3-Month Contract with Potential for Extension Location: Remote (U.S.-based candidates only) Compensation: Hourly, based on experience Start Date: Immediate Overview: A fast-growing architecture and engineering practice is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious part-time Architect to join its in-house multidisciplinary team. This is a remote position offering exposure to a broad range of project types—from high-rise towers to low-rise multifamily developments, commercial structures, and townhouse projects. It’s a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience across diverse building typologies in a short period of time. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage Revit models and construction drawing sets from schematic design through CDs Ability to self-manage workload Execute detailing, redlines, and revisions efficiently and accurately Collaborate closely with internal architectural, engineering, and preconstruction teams Ensure code compliance and technical accuracy throughout documentation Contribute to an agile team environment with a focus on quality and accountability Qualifications: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) Minimum of 5 years of professional experience Proficient in Revit (must have personal full license) Strong technical background in documentation and detailing Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Self-directed and comfortable managing tasks in a remote setup Authorized to work in the United States Preferred: Experience across multiple project types, including residential and commercial Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other design tools
