Looking For An Experienced Webflow Designer/Developer
Hey, Upwork Community! My name is Zack, and I’m looking for a talented and reliable Webflow Designer/Developer to join my team. About Us: I run a video marketing agency in Atlanta, GA, where we primarily work with small businesses -- www.ztownmedia.com Our services include video production, marketing, and web design. I’m looking for a skilled Webflow expert who can handle everything related to website design and development for both our clients and our company. Website Inspirations: In terms of the complexity of design/development of the sites, our client's websites will fall in the standard to intermediate range. Since we are a video marketing agency, our site will need to look more advanced, customized and creative. Background videos, cool animations and interactions, etc. To give you an idea of the type of websites we're looking to create for our clients, here are several examples of template websites. However, it is important to note that I'm not interested in using templates, and still want to design custom sites from scratch with both design & development. These sites just have a modern, and professional look that our clients would appreciate. Attention to detail is a must, especially when it comes to functionality. You should also be comfortable with animations/interactions and implementing CMS functionality. Page Speed Optimization – We need someone who understands the technical side of page speed optimization, including properly structuring and formatting media like photos and videos to achieve the best possible performance scores. Skill Requirements: Self-Starter (This is the most important trait I’m looking for) – I’m not just looking for someone to complete tasks; I need a team member who can contribute ideas, identify areas for improvement, and take initiative. Since I’m not an expert in web design & development, I’ll be relying on your expertise to bring creative solutions to the table. Vision Execution – Sometimes, I may not be able to provide exact references or examples, but I can articulate my vision clearly. I need someone who can translate that vision into a well-designed, functional website while staying on brand and theme. Personality Fit: I want to work with someone I can trust and grow with. I don’t view my team as just service providers—I see them as collaborators and friends. It’s important to me that you’re kind, passionate, and genuinely care about people. Here is an example of a website we created for one of our clients -- www.havcog.com What You’ll Be Doing: - Designing and developing client websites from start to finish in Figma & Webflow - Updating and maintaining existing websites - Collaborating with our team to ensure sites align with client goals and branding - Troubleshooting and fixing bugs or performance issues - Creating website prototypes or wireframes when needed - Integrating third-party tools or features What We’re Not Looking For: - Someone who needs step-by-step, highly detailed instructions for every task - Someone who struggles to bring a vision to life from a description Compensation: We work on a project-based pricing model rather than hourly rates. Most sites will have a similar level of complexity, with the primary difference being the number of pages.
