Branding Specialist to bring product design to life.

Branding Specialist for Fast-Growing Wellness Startup (Protein Bars & Functional Beverages) Job Description: We are Better., a disruptive wellness startup based in Egypt launching a new line of high-protein, no-compromise snacks and functional drinks. Our mission is clear: to rebuild consumer trust in food and wellness products by delivering better taste, better quality, and better transparency — all while looking and feeling iconic. We're seeking a branding expert to help us finalize and polish the visual identity of our brand across products and platforms. This role is ideal for a creative with strong experience in modern, minimal yet expressive brand systems, particularly within the FMCG, food & beverage, or DTC spaces. What We’ve Done So Far: We’ve already developed: A strong brand vision, mission, and tone of voice. Core logo options, including primary and secondary variants. Rough product mockups and packaging renders (bars, water, ready-to-drink cans, etc.) A rough brand aesthetic inspired by modern wellness and youth culture. You will be provided with: Rough examples of branded renders (protein bars, drinks, water bottles, etc.) Rough logo variations Our initial brand color explorations A general direction of where want to go Your Role Will Be To: Finalize the Brand Catalog Refine and lock down the primary and secondary logos Develop a complete brand color palette with rationale Define color applications across SKUs (bars, cans, water, merch, print) Design System & Branding Manual Create a clean, modern, and adaptable brand manual (PDF format) Cover areas like logo usage, color application, typography, visual style, and packaging use Build out packaging templates and visual systems for current and future SKUs Enhance Product Design Help us perfect the protein bar wrapper designs (3 SKUs: Salted Peanut Caramel, Chocolate Caramel, Coconut) Translate branding effectively to future formats: ready-to-drink cans, merch, digital, and in-store signage Consult on Consistency Offer creative direction on applying the brand in campaigns, social assets, and physical collateral Suggest improvements that make the brand even more timeless, viral, and scalable What We’re Looking For: A strong design portfolio in FMCG / Food / Lifestyle branding Experience building out brand guidelines and design systems Fluent in typography, layout systems, and color theory Ability to work with existing ideas and elevate them to global standards You value minimalism, modernity, and smart storytelling Bonus if you have: Experience in packaging design Experience building launch campaigns for food brands Timeline: This is a project-based job with potential for long-term collaboration. We’re aiming to finalize the brand book, visual identity, and key packaging elements within 1–2 weeks (Time is of the essence in this project.).
