We’re a SaaS company in the AI space looking for a HubSpot-certified specialist to implement a complete five-touch outbound campaign (more than 3 emails + 2 LinkedIn outreaches) targeting 50 organizations to customer landing pagesThe strategy and copy are done—now we need an expert to build, QA, and launch the campaign within 14 days or asap. HubSpot is set-up, the content is written, you will need to set up the campaigns and related artifacts. including landing pages, using best practice for emails sends, and so on. You’ll handle: --Uploading and segmenting 50 orgs/contacts (with custom fields and tags) --Building 3 email responsive email campaigns for each 50 org/contacts --Setting up landing pages for each each 50 org/contacts --Creating 2 or more LinkedIn outreaches and follow-ups for each of the 50 orgs/contacts --Setting up workflows with reply-stop logic and branching --Ensuring CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance (footer, unsubscribe, legal fields) --Performing technical QA (SPF/DKIM, link testing, device previews, throttling) --Building a custom dashboard (opens, clicks, replies, meetings) --Delivering a short playbook for team handoff Success means: --Zero token or formatting issues --All infrastructure green (SPF/DKIM) --Launch by day 14 --Live reporting dashboard ready on day one What we need from you: --Active HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, CMS, Sales Hub – include links) --Experience running multi-step B2B or nonprofit outbound campaigns --Strong attention to detail and clean build habits --A fixed-price bid (with milestone breakdown) --A quick paragraph on your most relevant project --Confirmation you can hit the 14-day timeline or give your best estimate More details: --Budget: Open --Timeline: 2-week total build but open to estimates --Start: Immediately after NDA and docs are signed --Finalists will be contacted for a short online chat after application.
