Hiring Blockchain Dev / Technical Leader for Token-Voting Dapp (React, Solidity, Web3)
Hi there, We're a small but ambitious team currently looking to bring on a talented and experienced blockchain developer or technical leader to help us build a Token-Voting Dapp as part of a larger platform. We’ve already made solid progress and are now looking for someone to help take things to the next level - either in a senior engineering role or as a technical/project leader who can guide both strategy and implementation. What we're building: A token-voting decentralized app (Dapp) that will integrate into our core platform. Think DAO-style voting, real-time UX, and clean on-chain logic. Tech stack we’re using: - Frontend: React, TypeScript, Web3.js - Backend: Node.js - Smart Contracts: Solidity Open roles (depending on your experience): - Senior Blockchain Developer - Technical Manager / Project Manager - CTO (Fractional or Part-Time) Commitment: - Part-time (10–20 hrs/week) - Full-time (up to 40 hrs/week) for the right person Rate: $80–$100/hr — based on experience and role We're looking for someone who can jump in quickly, write clean and secure code, and ideally bring experience launching Dapps or other blockchain-related products.
