We’re a fast-growing creative agency building HypeCrowd, a platform that helps brands source, brief, and manage high-performing UGC creators. We’ve sketched out the core UI in Figma, and now need a strategic Product Designer to turn our vision into polished flows, wireframes, and specs. ⸻ What You’ll Do: • Audit our existing Figma screens and uncover gaps in user journeys • Conduct light UX research (stakeholder interviews, guerrilla testing) to validate assumptions • Define personas, user stories, and journey maps for our key workflows • Create low- to high-fi wireframes & interactive prototypes that align with business goals • Document feature specs, edge cases, and acceptance criteria for hand-off to development • Collaborate closely with our founder, UX/UI designer, and engineering leads to prioritize roadmap • Iterate rapidly based on feedback and data ⸻ Who You Are: • 3+ years experience as a Product Designer or UX Strategist on SaaS or marketplace products • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work: research → wireflows → prototypes → specs • Excellent Figma skills (components, variants, prototyping) • Comfortable running quick user interviews and synthesizing insights • Able to translate business objectives into clear feature roadmaps • Great communicator, proactive, and thrives in lean startup environments • Bonus: Familiarity with UGC or creator-economy platforms ⸻ Project Scope & Timeline: • Kickoff & discovery: 1–2 weeks • Persona & journey mapping: 1 week • Wireflows & prototypes: 3–4 weeks • Specification & hand-off: 1–2 weeks • Flexible milestone-based payment, 6–8 weeks total engagement ⸻ Budget: Up to USD $5,000 – $7,000 depending on experience & deliverables. Open to proposals on fixed-price or time-and-materials.
