Personal cybersecurity post divorce

Personal audit of own system/accounts post divorce for digital disentanglement. Google accounts, Youtube, social media, anything third party connected. Would like to do Google Photos backup (takeout?) to keep mutual kid photos and set up systems for future loss protection. I don't know what I don't know and info has come to light that I need a professional audit to be sure every last thread is cut digitally, every device removed, etc.
