Website Designer Needed for CRO-Focused WordPress Template Design -Commercial Fitouts
We're seeking a talented website designer only (no development required yet) to create a clean, professional, and high-converting website design for our commercial fitout company. The goal is to design template-style pages that follow consistent structures and are optimised for conversion. We will tender development in the next phase – we only need design files (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.). What We Need Designed: Template-based page designs – not individual pages. For example: -1x Homepage -1x Service Page Template (e.g., Gym Fitouts, Café Fitouts – same layout, different content) -1x Project/Case Study Page -1x Contact Page -1x Blog Post Template All service pages should follow the same layout, making them easy to duplicate and modify with new content. The structure should feel familiar and cohesive across the site. Use placeholder content that clearly shows where and how sections will be reused (images, testimonials, headings, CTAs, etc.) Conversion-Focused Design Requirements: We want every page to be designed with conversion in mind, using this CRO checklist as a reference: Website Conversion Optimization Checklist Key CRO elements we require across the designs: Consistent footer with: -A lead generation/contact form -Client testimonials or social proof Homepage should highlight: -Multiple examples of past work/projects -Clear service areas we cover Bold, highly visible Call to Action (CTA): -The CTA “Book Your Free Onsite Consult” should be the most visually prominent item on the site Deliverables: -Final editable design files in Figma, XD, or Sketch -All page templates clearly labelled and structured -Notes on any fonts, spacing, and reusable design elements -Consistent use of branding (we’ll supply our logo, colors, and any style references) To apply, please include: -Portfolio examples of template-style website designs -Any experience designing sites with conversion rate optimization in mind -Estimated timeframe for delivery Looking forward to working with a creative designer who understands structure, consistency, and how to turn visitors into leads!
