We request your FIXED PRICE proposal for the civil engineering services for the following project: Humble Indoor Sportsplex - a 20,000sqft steel framed building with 100 parking spaces on 1.8 acres of undeveloped commercial land in Humble Tx, at SW corner of Atascocita Rd and Lago Forest Dr, google map link below. The facility will host indoor sports and recreation offerings. Site plan, boundary and topo survey, and on-site utility connection documents are attached to this email. Capacity is available for water, sanitary and storm utilities. Detention rate is 0.75 acre-feet per acre, will need probably 60,000 sqft-ft. Property is an unrestricted reserve in Harris county, replat necessary. Scope of civil engineering service requested: Design for site work, grading, drainage, detention, utility to facility connection, erosion control, SWPPP, SWQMP etc. Plan and Profile Plan documents Coordination and cooperation with: Developer, Architect, Construction Manager, MUD, city of Humble, Harris County, TCEQ Permitting/ Plan Submittal to all required agencies for review and approval of site work and underground utility connections. SWAP Developer provides: -CAD of boundary and topo surveys, CAD of site plan, MUD site plans (attached) -soil and geotechnical analyses (to be scheduled upon agreement)
