Speed Optimization: Improve page load times for better UX & SEO. 2. Ecommerce Management Product Uploads & Catalog Management: Organize SKUs, variants, and collections. Inventory & Order Management: Sync with suppliers/dropshipping if needed. SEO & Content Optimization: On-page SEO, meta tags, blog setup. Marketing Integrations: Email (Klaviyo/Omnisend), SMS, Google Ads, Meta Pixel. Analytics & Reporting: Set up Google Analytics, Shopify Reports, and monthly performance reviews. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): A/B testing, UX improvements. 3. Ongoing Support & Growth Monthly Maintenance: Updates, bug fixes, security checks.
