UX/UI Specialist to Fine-Tune Courier Quote Form

We’re Same Day Dispatch Services Ltd, a family-run courier company based in Devon, UK. We’ve just rebuilt our quote request form and now need a UX/UI specialist to fine-tune the user experience and interaction design. We’re not starting from scratch — the form is up and running, the backend is fully integrated, and the core journey is in place. But we know it can be better. We want someone to polish the front end, smooth out the bumps, and elevate the experience, so completing the form feels effortless and enjoyable across all screen sizes. Our Goal: A simple, fast and intuitive quoting journey — think ordering a pizza: one page, minimal thinking, no friction. Here’s where things stand: Existing version: https://www.sameday-delivery.co.uk/quote-request New development version: https://sameday-delivery.codiantdev.com/quote-request-new Promo version (limited services): https://sameday-delivery.codiantdev.com/quote-request-tc-ns-promo-new What Needs Fine-Tuning: We’re looking for UX and IA improvements in the following areas: Service selection at the top of the form: The hover states look great — vibrant and clear — but without hovering, it feels flat and underwhelming. We want suggestions for visual cues or layout improvements that make the service types more inviting even before interaction. Input field design and flow: The layout of the form fields could be more elegant. We’re after a clean, uncluttered structure, with intuitive grouping and spacing that makes the whole process feel light and easy. Every field should feel like part of a natural, guided flow, not a chore. The “Add via” interaction for multi-stop journeys: For our UK/Europe Time-Critical Courier service, where users would like to add multiple collection or delivery points. Right now, the logic works, but it’s not as intuitive as it could be. We'd love a more elegant and user-friendly way to handle this. Overall IA and page layout: We want to reduce cognitive load, ensure the form adapts to the user’s choices, and improve how the sections are structured so users never feel overwhelmed or lost. What We Need From You: Please quote for one or both of the following: 1. UX/IA recommendations report — a detailed write-up of changes for our developer to implement. 2. Optional front-end implementation — if you’re comfortable with HTML/CSS/JS and prefer to make the changes directly. We’ll Know It’s Working When: The services section draws attention and feels alive even before hover. Input fields are neatly laid out and pleasant to complete. Adding multiple stops is intuitive, not clunky. The whole form flows smoothly from start to finish with minimal friction Users are more likely to complete the quote journey.
