Experienced HR Freelancer Needed for Growing People Development Startup We’re a small yet ambitious HR and People Development startup and we’re looking for an experienced HR freelancer to help us scale. If you have a passion for creating effective people policies and practices, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: 1. Draft and update HR policies, employment contracts and employee handbooks 2. Manage HRIS tasks (primarily using BreatheHR) 3. Provide expertise on employment law 4. Handle various ad hoc HR-related projects Requirements: - CIPD membership with access to CIPD HR Inform - In-depth knowledge of BreatheHR - Comprehensive, up-to-date understanding of employment law - Proven experience in policy writing and HR best practices The majority of the work will initially be behind the scenes, but we anticipate future client-facing opportunities for the right candidate.
