We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Process Flow & Data Management Specialist to help us streamline and maintain accurate records for student placement, retention, and completion rates — essential components for compliance and program optimization. Key Responsibilities: Design and manage efficient systems to track student progress from enrollment to graduation and beyond. Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, or dashboards with student data. Ensure accurate documentation of job placement outcomes, retention milestones, and graduation/completion statistics. Collaborate with our administrative team to support reporting requirements for state licensure compliance. Create and optimize workflows and SOPs for tracking and improving student outcomes. Identify bottlenecks or inconsistencies in the process and suggest improvements. Generate periodic reports and summaries for internal review and state audits. Qualifications: Experience in administrative or operations roles related to educational institutions, especially career schools or state-licensed programs. Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or other database management tools. Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) or CRM platforms is a plus. Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity. Clear communication and ability to follow through on timelines. Experience with process improvement or workflow automation (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Zapier) is a bonus.
