$200 Flat fee. Architect, PE, or Insurance Estimator to Validate Storm Claim. LTR + Xactimate Est.

I'm preparing a supplemental storm damage insurance claim for my home in Georgia. The insurer’s estimate came in at ~$51,000. I’ve prepared a revised valuation of ~$91,000 based on 2025 Georgia Residential Code upgrades, difficult site access, and current market labor/material costs. You don't have to be in Georgia, but be familiar with Georgia code (provided) I’m seeking a qualified professional — ideally a licensed architect, PE, or experienced insurance estimator — to do the following: Review the insurer’s estimate and mine (both provided) Confirm the revised valuation is reasonable and justified Deliver two required items: 1) A signed, dated letter on professional letterhead (with license info if applicable), confirming your support 2) A matching estimate formatted to mirror insurer standards — preferably in Xactimate, or line-item format that insurance companies can directly compare This will be submitted to support a claim for full Replacement Cost Value, per my policy. The revised estimate already includes required code upgrades per Georgia’s 2025 adoption of IRC 2021. I will provide: Original insurer worksheet -My detailed revised estimate -Code references and photos Flat Fee: $200 Turnaround: Within 72 hours. Required Deliverables: 1) Validation letter 2) Insurance-comparable estimate (Xactimate or similar) The work is already done — I’m simply seeking an expert who can validate (adjust if needed) and back the numbers for submission. Thanks for considering. I’m ready to send the files immediately.
