Training Material and Quiz Development for Remote Employees

We are seeking a skilled professional to create engaging training materials and quizzes specifically for remote employees in the business services and public record search sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in educational content development, ensuring that the materials are informative, accessible, and tailored to meet the learning needs of our team. Your contributions will help improve the onboarding process and enhance overall employee performance. You will primarily be taking a diverse, unorganized and complicated set of documents (PPTs, Videos, Documents) and streamlining them into knowledge articles or trainings, putting those trainings into a knowledge center (Guru), building curriculums for the trainings that need to occur to reach certain levels of skills and then building quizzes to assess knowledge retention and skill. You will need to work with a high level of autonomy. You will need to be a self-starter and to work quickly. You will not be doing any actual training of employees. You will need to message and reach out to various people across our organization for guidance and questions. If you have a passion for training and development, we would love to hear from you!
