UK Based HR TUPE Support

Seeking an experienced HR specialist with an expertise in TUPE to closely advise our HR department through a 12-week project. This is a fractional, remote role ideal for a seasoned consultant. We require an expert in Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) regulations to provide hands-on guidance and ensure a compliant employee transfer process for a small business. We want the process to be as Your Role & Expertise: Expert TUPE Advisory: Act as the lead subject matter expert, advising our HR team on the end-to-end TUPE process, from due diligence and reviewing Employee Liability Information (ELI) to post-transfer integration. Consultation & Communication Support: Guide the HR department in managing all communication and consultation with affected employees, representatives, and trade unions. Risk & Compliance: Help identify and mitigate risks, supporting the drafting of all necessary documentation to ensure full compliance with UK employment law. Proven Experience: You must have extensive experience advising on complex TUPE transfers and a deep understanding of the regulations. Strong project management and communication skills are essential. Engagement Details: Duration: Approx. 12 weeks but obviously working fractionally on a consultancy basis.
