Local Business Development Representative for Hospitality Industry
We are seeking a local, dynamic, and well-connected Business Development Representative based in florida to help us expand our J-1 hospitality program by partnering with hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups. Your primary responsibility will be to visit hotels and resorts in-person, meet with General Managers or HR Directors, and present our partnership opportunity to become host employers for international J-1 interns and trainees. Responsibilities: • Identify and visit hotels/resorts in the Miami area open to hosting international interns • Schedule and attend in-person meetings with General Managers or HR representatives • Present our J-1 visa hospitality program and partnership benefits • Collect partnership interest, contact details, and initiate next steps with our internal team • Provide weekly reports of meetings and feedback from prospects
